General Dining

18% Gratuity will be added to all parties of 8 or more. For all parties of 5 or more, we can accept four equal payments per table; we cannot accommodate separate checks for parties larger than 5 people. We are a beachside bar & restaurant. However, we require all guests to wear shirts and shoes while dining or enjoying beverages at the bar area, inside and outside.

Pets

No pets are allowed inside the restaurant at any time unless they are registered service animals. Per ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and Florida Health Code. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support, do not qualify as service animals under the ADA regulations. All dogs said to be a service animals must have ADA credentials.
Florida statute section 509.233 does authorize restaurants to allow dogs in the outdoor portion of their establishment. If at the bar area in the outdoor portion, dogs are allowed but must remain on the ground and not on seats or a guest’s lap at any time.
